ABOUT DR. CONNOR SHAW
Dr. Connor Shaw is passionate about patient-centered dentistry and believes in providing thoughtful, personalized care tailored to each patient's needs and comfort. His approach focuses on preserving oral health while effectively treating disease, always with an emphasis on helping patients feel at ease throughout their dental experience.
Dr. Shaw earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Dental College of Georgia at Augusta University in 2023. Following graduation, he completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) Residency at Spartanburg Community Dental Center, a program within the Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System.
During his residency, Dr. Shaw received extensive training across all areas of general dentistry, further developing his clinical and surgical skills. He completed advanced training in single-tooth implant placement, implant-supported overdentures, IV sedation, and other complex surgical procedures. While he has a particular passion for oral surgery, Dr. Shaw enjoys every aspect of dentistry and values educating patients about their oral health. He welcomes questions and enjoys helping patients better understand their treatment options.
Outside the office, Dr. Shaw enjoys spending time with his dog, Dave, reading, building LEGO sets, and exploring his new home in Washington, D.C. He is also an avid television enthusiast and is always happy to swap recommendations with patients. Dr. Shaw looks forward to building lasting relationships and helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles.
